Our Privacy Commitment

darknetworld.com is built with privacy in mind — not as a feature, but as a foundation. Our mission is to deliver essential darknet status information without exposing our users to surveillance, tracking, or data leaks.

This page outlines what we collect (almost nothing), how we operate, and how your anonymity is protected by design.

What We Don’t Collect

We intentionally avoid collecting any identifiable or sensitive data. Specifically:

No IP Logging: We do not log your IP address at any point.
No Cookies: We don’t use session or tracking cookies.
No Analytics: No Google Analytics, no Matomo, no third-party scripts.
No JavaScript Tracking: The entire site works without JavaScript.

Privacy by design. Not privacy by permission.

Server Logs & Data Retention

Our server infrastructure is configured to log the bare minimum:

  • No IPs or request headers are stored
  • No access logs are retained
  • Only minimal error logs (for internal debugging) are kept and rotated daily
  • No personally identifiable metadata is ever saved

Policy: If we don't need the data, we don't collect it.

Designed for Tor

We’re committed to Tor-native accessibility and protection. That means:

No JavaScript Needed

Full site functionality with JavaScript disabled.

Lightweight Design

Minimal CSS, no external fonts, and fast-loading content.

No External Requests

All resources are hosted internally no CDNs, no trackers.

Limitations of Protection

While we do our part, ultimate privacy is a shared responsibility. Please note:

  • We cannot prevent your ISP or exit node from observing traffic
  • Browser fingerprinting is still possible if you modify Tor Browser defaults
  • Timing analysis by advanced adversaries is a risk on all networks

Always use the latest official Tor Browser and avoid custom setups unless you know what you're doing.

Policy Changes

This privacy policy is updated only when absolutely necessary. Any changes will be:

  • Announced on the darknetworld.com homepage
  • PGP-signed and published to our channels
  • Reflected on this page with a timestamp
